MCI Command Handler not closing on shutdown
I am currently running Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 with all updates and fixes released prior to December 18. 2010. I do not have any problems running any installed application. However when I shutdown sometimes I get the message MCI command handler is still running and I get the option to close it. I do this and the computer shuts down. I was just wondering why it happens1 person got this answerI do too
