MBAM Installation Failing with MSI error code 1603
I am trying to install the MBAM Administration and Monitoring Server on Windows Server 2008R2. I have passed all the pre-requisite checks and fro testing purposes was wanting to set up just one server as the full MBAM server. I have the database
installed with reports successfully running.
The wizard runs for a period of time before failing. The error code appears to point to the need to run the setspn command. However, it is not clear in the documentation what objects and services need to have the SPN set in order to make this
installation succeed.
Here Is the end of the Log file. Any Help is appreciated:

Verify that the account used to install MBAM has Write ServicePrincipalName and Write validated SPN rights to the directory.
Use adsiedit.msc from support tools.
Also can you ensure that the computer account on which MBAM is being installed has read and list permissions to Active Directory down to the container in which the MBAM service
account resides.Manoj Sehgal
