Hi Michael,

Have your tried playing voicemail after downloading it on the device?

As an alternate you can access your all emails and voicemails by dialing subscriber access number (if configured). You can get your subscriber access number and PIN from "Welcome to Unified Messaging" email in your inbox. After successful verification, you will have options to access you email, voicemail, calendar etc. On selecting the voicemail option, all your voicemails will be played.

Cheers,

H.

Lync 2013

1) only WMA is supported
2) Windows Phone 8 does not support WMA

How this can be - do you know what te W in WMA is about? Crazy that I need to complain about that. The professional VOIP solution of Microsoft generates a voice mail in a windows Format that is not supported by Windows Phones. In parallel LYNC 2013 excluded the support for mp3 (in 2010) and mp3 is supported by Windows Phone.

Such little tiny things can drive you crazy.

Thanks for fixing this!

Has this got any closer to resolution? There was a rumour that the update to Windows 8.1 would have a knock-on effect on mobiles, and make these wav or wma files playable, but it hasn't happened yet!
