Lync stalls/crashes after a call
 This is not really a 2010 issue per se, but my Lync client has problems after I do a conference call. Quite consistently, it will lock up or toast.  Recently 2013 upgrade was pushed and I hoped it would be resolved, but it still happens. Any ideas ?

have you tried to update audio driver for the affected Laptop/desktop?Does issue happen With same account on another computer?

Hi,

Did the issue only happen for you or for multiple users?

1. You can test with your Lync account on other computer Lync client to check if the issue still happen or not.

2. Check if there is any error message about Lync from Event Viewer on local computer.

3. Rollback the Sound Card, VGA Device/Video Card, Graphic Card which Windows applied. Then restart Lync 2013.

3. Make sure Lync update to the latest version.
