There are two questions here, it would help to split them up to get more eyes on each and to avoid confusing the responses.

But, any service that starts with "Lync" or "Skype" is important, and any service related to web services.  In general, I'd watch any service that should be running because they're all important in some sense and could signal a bigger issue.  You'll also want to monitor your KHIs, Microsoft made a good poster here to help you out: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/Dn593599(v=OCS.15).aspx

For the screensharing issue, are you all on the same subnet?  If there's no firewalls blocking the traffic, it could be A/V or endpoint protection software, any proxy that might be intercepting the traffic, a windows driver getting in the way, or a number of things.  I'd suggest experimenting to see what works.  If you log in to his PC, can you share with your friend?  If so, it might be his account or Windows profile, if not, it's his PC.  If he can log in and perform the task from your PC sharing to your friend, then it's likely not his account.  Keep trying different methods until you can narrow the issue down to a PC, user account, or Windows profile.  Then attack it from there.

Hi,

Did you solve the issue with the help of Anthony Caragol provided above?

For the issue of sharing desktop:

If you have narrowed the issue with the Lync user profile, please try to delete the Lync user profile with the following path:

%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync

If you have narrowed the issue with the special computer, make sure Lync client update to the latest version, then test the issue again.

If the issue happen between different VLANs, double check the firewall between them.
