  Iam New to lync When i Assign the Port number 5060 to lync by using Set-Csregistrar command it gives the error

Set-CsRegistrar : PortNumber "5060" with UrlPath "/" causes a port sharing conf

lict for IPAddress "0.0.0.0" on Machine "lync001.contoso.local" for the

se service ports.

Is this for your mediation server for something to connect to? If so you can do it via Topology builder, edit the TCP port for your mediation server to 5060 and republish. 

Please don't modify this port if you don't need to.  Is there a reason you would want to change it?  The command you're attempting to use is for logon and authentication http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg398993.aspx and should generally be left at defaults.

If you're attempting to change a port for mediation, please follow Georg's advice.
