Hi everyone,
I had a Lync meeting and I recorded it.
The recording manager was processing the file when my computer suddenly shut down before the end of the process.
When I restarted it, I didn't find my recording.
I looked into file C:\Users\xxx\Videos\Lync Recordings and I found a .mp4 file that I cannot open(corrupted) and perhaps incomplete (my recording was for more than two hours and the file size is not that much)...
I looked into C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Communicator\Recording Manager\Temporary Recording Files and I found a file containing the following:
1- An AppSharing folder with several videos that are actually small pieces of my recording but without audio
2- An AV folder with an audio file (containing the audio part of my recording)
3- A file lock.klock
4- Several recording.frd files
Is there any chance that I can recover my recording with that?
