Lync pop-up box to stay on screen

Hello--

I have two issues. I am currently using an Office 2007 computer and have the Microsoft365, but have the software installed on my computer.

The first issue: I would like to know how to keep the Lync message box to appear for more than a few seconds, if I don't respond to the message immediately. I have tried to change the settings for this, but it will not allow me to.

I know that the message is sent to email, but I have individuals at my organization that do not check their email periodically, so an important message might be missed.

The second issue: I am receiving blank "missed conversations" from individuals. Meaning, there is no content in some of the emails that being sent out from Lync.

I guess that I am also having another issue: Some of the conversations are not showing up on the Lync software. I click on the message icon, and some of the messages are not there.

How do I go about correcting all three issues?

Thank you,
Eric

Hm, Looks like some Communication issues with your backend.

The Lync IM notification behavior could not Change, but you May use Supertoast from modality.

The other things need a littlebit more troubleshooting.

Exchange 2007 UM is installed?

Check the Lync Communication, that EWS works correct, eventlogs etc.

At least you could activate th cient logs and use the snooper tool from the Lync Debugging Tools to analyze the Lync logs

Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now
