Is it possible to unpin sharing during Lync online meeting ? I mentioned the same in the screeshot. Please help me to address this.

Just click the pin icon, it will change to unpin icon. Then you can hide the toolbar when the cursor roll out.

I didnt find any setting to fix the pin button. So I guess this is related with your Lync client.

Did this happen to other Lync users? It is default you can click pin or unpin in my lab.

Try you Lync account on another computer.

I ran into the same problem with the pin being greyed out. I found that for me it was only greyed out if I started sharing the desktop using my finger to push the button. When I used the pen or a usb mouse the pin to start the desktop sharing the pin was active every time. It is a weird bug but I haven't had a problem since.
