Lync issue
I m facing a problem while sharing the screen, the is no error, but the program is closed or check for online solution is he message

Hi,

does it happen to  every user or just some?

Open run and type dxdiag and press enter.

See if you get any error Message regarding sound or other hardware.Check Device manager if all hardware are ok.

Also verify that you dont have multiple Versions of Lync installed (2010 and 2013).

Also enable logging on server and open with snooper to check errors...

This is typically due to a driver error on your machine.  I'd start with audio, video, and webcam drivers and removing them to see if the Windows default or generic version gets you past the issue.  If it does, put the drivers back until you find the culprit.  Once you know which driver is causing you headaches, see if upgrading or downgrading it gets you past the issue.

Are all users facing this issue, or is it localised to one/a few users?

Do the users belong to a conferencing policy that allows screen sharing?
