Hi. You can try to turn on logging
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Turn-on-error-logs-in-Skype-for-Business-Lync-eaf6602b-95e0-4c27-869f-36017475806c and check logs.
And check also report of impacted call on reporting server.
Good luck

Hello My friend;
what does you mean by in host machine ??

It's likely you're having a driver conflict error. It could be Bluetooth, it could be video, webcam, or audio. I'd see if you can eliminate the issue but setting these one by one to generic Windows drivers and watching to see if the issue goes
away. If you can determine which driver it is, then you can try different versions of it from the vendor or stick with the built-in Windows version.

Hello Hareesh;
Then you need to enable the logging on the Lync client and open it by Snooper, on the other hand if you have a Lync monitoring rule in your environment then you can to check what is happening with this client.

Hi,
Please check the Event Viewer on the issued computer, check if there is any error message about Lync 2013.
Please rollback the Sound Card, VGA Device/Video Card, Graphic Card which Windows applied. Then restart Lync 2013 to have a test.
Best Regards
