Lync headset not working correctly in Citrix session

Hi,

 I have a Jabra usb headset which i can not use to answer phone calls while in Citrix session. This is for all headsets. This was working previously but stopped suddenly and nobody did anything. This is a problem for all users on all Citrix servers in the domain. I can answer the phonecall by using the mouse.

Hi,

Did this issue still happen when using the Jabra usb headset on a normal computer?

Please try to test the issue on the Citrix session with Skype software or other communication software. If the issue also happen for these software, it is more than a system issue.

If the issue only happen for Lync client, please make sure Lync client update to the latest version and then test the issue again.

 Hi,

 the Lync client is the latest version. Is this somethong that has to be configured in Lync client. I am not running the Citrix servers, but I am told that everything is correctly configured on the  Citrix servers.

 So where should I look for the problem if it is in Lync ?

 Hi,

  this is working fine on PC. Thi is only a problem on Lync/Skype clients on  Citrix servers.

  This working on all servers (10) but suddenly it stopped working on all servers.
