Lync has stop working

Hello

our clients use Lync and lately we been getting Lync has stop working error message, we tried uninstall and reinstall nogo clear Lync Cache nogo seems like the only thing working is to reimage the EU laptops, Is there a fix we can use to keep from reimaging the machine. We tried a few KB also with no success.

Hi,

Would you please elaborate your issue?

Did the issue happen when open Lync client then show the error "Microsoft Lync has stopped working", or just fail to login Lync client successfully?

If the issue is about the Lync software itself, please try to test with the following ways:

1. Check the Event Viewer on the issued computer, check if there is any Lync related error/warning message.

2. Update Lync client to the latest version.

3. Rollback the Sound Card, VGA Device/Video Card, Graphic Card which Windows applied. Then restart Lync.
