Lync for iPad Error : Failed to process the server response. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your support team.

Successfully installed and followed installation guide of Lync Mobility however on the user's iPad upong signing up we received an error saying "Failed to process the server response. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact your support team"

We are able to download root file from the following site
