After updating our Polycom Lync enabled phones (CX 600 and 3000) to version 4.0.7577.4398 from 4.0.7577.4100 Exchange calendar integration is not working with the message:
Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Please contact your support team.
I have trawled through web pages and are unable to find a solution so I would like to downgrade to 4.0.7577.4100, I can not find this anywhere, could someone advise on where this can be obtained as going to MS website only allows the latest version.
