Hi All,

After updating our Polycom Lync enabled phones (CX 600 and 3000) to version 4.0.7577.4398 from 4.0.7577.4100 Exchange calendar integration is not working with the message:

Connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Please contact your support team.

I have trawled through web pages and are unable to find a solution so I would like to downgrade to 4.0.7577.4100, I can not find this anywhere, could someone advise on where this can be obtained as going to MS website only allows the latest version.

There is no way to downgrade to the lower version,but you can roll back to the previous version which you have installed.If you can not roll back you can do hardware reset,turn off the phone, press 4 and 6 at the same time and turn it back on. Hold 4 and 6 until it will ask you if you want to reset the phone.
