Lync contact search issue

Hi,

I am facing issue with lync contact search in lync client 2013.

We have to users with same name. both has lync account with different sip address. when we search the Deep in lync client. it shows only one user Deep Kumar (ENG) (ABC) and second user does not appear in lync client. it appear when we type sip id or full Display name. I added both in lync contact also but is not resolve.

Example :-

User 1 :-   Deep Kumar (ENG) (ABC)

User 2 :- Deep Kumar (LOG) (ABC)

Please suggest to resolve this issue.

Thanks,

Deepak

I'd delete your profile and cache to ensure it's not an issue there: http://www.skypeadmin.com/2014/01/19/the-address-book-is-preparing-to-synchronize/

If that appears to be the issue, I'd consider using WebSearchOnly, it's a preferred search method unless your organization is very very large.  http://blog.schertz.name/2010/11/forcing-lync-address-book-web-query/
