Everything worked fine. We changed internal URLs on Exchange server to match external (split brain dns). All DNS records exist in domain. After that when lync client starts user cant set status to online. Other users see the status offline.<o:p></o:p>
Lync favorites contacts doesn't load also.<o:p></o:p>
We rolled back exchange changes for EWS. Nothing changed.<o:p></o:p>
Strange thing, that for some users everything work fine and the status is online.<o:p></o:p>
I don't understand this behavior of lync. <o:p></o:p>
Where can I find the solution?
