i'd like to ask something and need help for this problem i got.

so, the Lync Mobile(android and apple) can't call using the dialplan i just made, but the Lync client on my PC can call this number successfully.

these're my dial plan,

1. Add 09 as prefix, trying to call 081328669... dan normalized to 09081328669... (success calling via Lync client PC and lync mobile)

2. Remove +62 then Add 09 as prefix, trying to call 081328669... dan normalized to 09081328669... (success calling via Lync client PC but not working on lync mobile)

I need to know, why i only can't call +6281328669... via lync client mobile, but i can successfully call 081328669..

i have update here from my Lync monitoring.

So, the normalization isn't working with +6281328669...

It should normalized by dial plan that remove 3 1st digits (+62) then add 09 as prefix. But it looks like the dial plan doesn't work at all.
