Lync client losing connection to the server

Hi Everybody,

Please help. We have Lync server in forest with multiple domains. We added users from domain A to lync  server and clients works Ok.

We have second domain B in same forest. Then we added second sip domain B and added users from B domain to sip B domain. Our clients works on Terminal server. But they loses connection to the server every 2-3 minutes and then reconnects, then loses connection again and etc.Error @The connection to the server was lost . Reconnecting. Current calls may continue, but with reduced functionality@

I have checked ping to the servers, it is ok

I deleted user profile and recreated it. It does not help

Hi,

Please check Communicator-uccapi-0.uccapilog in the %userprofile%\Tracing folder to see if there is any error message.

Thanks for your replies.

Finally I found solution . The reason was authenticatin. In Lync Cintrol panel - Security-Registar .There are 3 ways of authenticatin. It was necessary to use all methods, including NTLM.

Hi,

I have the same issue. 

However, the issue arises when and online Lync user tries to communicate (IM,Audio or video) to an on-prem Lync user. The on-prem Lync user always gets this message.

All authentication methods are enabled.
