Lync client Audio/Video call issue

Hi,

Lync 2010 SE server is installed in our organization for IM, presence and Audio/video conferencing PC to PC. Everything is working fine with desktop client as well as mobile client. But some users are facing issue when try to do video call from desktop client internally. Call gets connected and just after 5 seconds call get disconnected. When I reboot the system and again start the video call then everything is working fine.

Actually I am not able to understand why this problem occurs. I have checked the local system and CPU utilization and system performance is good. Internet is also working fine.

So I request you to kindly help me to know the root cause of this issue. Thanks

Check if you can find any error in event log on Lync Mediation Server.

If the issue is reproducible with the specific Lync user, you can use Lync Logging Too or enable Lync client logging to collect trace file for troubleshooting.

If you have deploy Lync monitoring server, you can check Monitoring Server reports.
