I am wanting to set up on our companies web site the ability for our customers to talk directly with someone in the call centre for advice using a chat window.
We would like to give them the ability to do video and audio but one thing at a time.
We have deployed Lync server 2013 but not yet federated with anyone. I appreciate that if we are to use lync that this would need to be done first but I was wondering if this was possible to do and how much effort is required in setting it up/
