Lync call via work keeps lines busy

hi guys

i have setup the mobility today and i was happy using Call Via Work. for about 2 hours i'v tested two separate mobile and in third Mobile Phone i could not call outside.when i checked Tenor AF two Port Gateway i found that Lines are online after last Call and dont disconnect.i have tested all types of Disconnect inside Tenor Console but i couldn't Resolve this.by the way when i have an outbound call to my mobile Number from pstn and then disconnect the call on my phone,my call inside Lync Client stays connected until i do it manually.but for inbound calls this is ok and if the caller disconnects the call i get busy tone and call drops.

may you guys Share your Idea for me ?

Hi,

It Looks like the sip disconnect failed on your Gateway. Check the call flow or timer on your Gateway.

Hi,Ravaghi

Agree with Holger, you can enable SIP logging on your Gateway and Lync server to verify that if the Tenor AF gateway send a "BYE" message when the call is end. Also I have found such a description in one of the Tenor gateway release note:

3572 Timing of Refer handling not working correctly

The 202 Accepted and BYE messages were being sent at the wrong time during Refer. As a result of these issues, unattended call transfer did not work properly. Unattended Call Transfer is now working correctly.

So please also check the refer support setting and timer on gateway and Lync server trunk configuration.Besides, please make sure you have the latest firmware for Tenor gateway.
