is there an option for recording Lync Calls? That is Lync to Lync, Lync to mobile and so on.So far i can only see this option for meet and conferencing.

There are more expensive options like AudioCode's SmartTap if this is for compliance purposes.

yes been googling  i mean binging and seems like there is no built in.

This is a request from one of our branch offices and for sales department.

We will try with the "converting into conference" to see if it fits their needs.If now we will go for 3rd part plugin.

The Polycom VVX 500 and VVX 600 phones both support recording calls to a removable USB flash drive.

I've been able to use it through my proof-of-concept experiments. Set Feature.callRecording.enabled = 1 in the config file for the phone.

• No recording announcement is made. It's up to the phone user to stay compliant with two-party recording laws.
• The resulting WAV files are small, voice-optimized, and can be played back on the phone or transferred to your PC.
