Hi

Have you published the lync web services url over the reverse proxy server? lyncweb.domain.com as well as lyncdiscover and the meet and dialin urls?

Also if you are using unified contact store, make sure exchange EWS urls are published externally too.

thanks

Hi,

Did you enable UCS function? If yes, try to disable it and then test the issue again.

Please also try to restart FE Server and have a test.

Best Regards,
Eason

I have also tested with Windows store app. Address book is not working.

I test with analyzer tool and no error is find.
