Does the DNS entry for your meet URL exist and point to your Front-End server IP?

If you've changed the meet URL since installing Lync you will also need to re-run setup on your Front-End so the appropriate redirect rules are created in IIS.

 Hi,

Please check your lync configuration following the suggestion.

1, verify you have create A record for the simple URLS in your DNS server. You can Ping the simple URLS, then check you can get right IP.

2, verify internal website is working correctly and the port 443 is not used by other application. You can access admin URL to check it.

3, verify user client have a good connection with server.
