We had a few of our users in a Video conference with lync 2013. In the main view where the five active participants is at. We had 3 users without video and two with. One of the users with video was being displayed twice. She had video and audio from one spot and in the other was audio from the person without video but her video was also coming in. It also showed that users name.

Can you reproduce this issue?

Please try to initiate another meeting with the specific user to check if this user will be displayed twice.

Change the gallery view to compact view then change back.

This only happened this one time. At least once that has been reported. I work for a company with about 20,000 employees. We have only rolled it out to IT and this happen to happen with some higher up people. I will attempt to recreate it but not sure if I will be able to. Once it goes Live to everyone I might see more reports but until then I am not sure about recreating it. I could not find anything about this type of bug at all on the internet and was hoping that maybe some one here might have.
