Hi Team 

I am trying to achieve the following pointers:

1. I am able to use sip address to connect to chat from a webpage , but it would be nice if i can see real time , if the user is available or not before clicking to chat.

2. I am trying to use an incident management webpage to integrate with chat, i am trying to chat to the affected user, this functionality is working. but how do i get the incident number to show up as the conversation subject, do we have any variable to set the conversation subject on LYNC via HTML code 

any help on this will be great !!
