Lync Sign in

Hi Team

I tried to Log in to Lync 2013 and the error was " You have signed so many times with wrong password or username" How can i solve the problem so that i can login again. When i try to login to another computer i get the same error. I have changed the password but still it can't work. I have deleted also the login details from sid_username on office file for lync but its not working

Hi,

Is this an on premise Lync environment or 365?

Does this affect all 2013 clients on all machines?

Does this affect only a particular user account or all users?

Have you had the opportunity to test with 2010 client?

Does this happen for all users?

You can try to remove Lync user and enable it for Lync again to test the issue.

If it is a Office 365 environment, please post the question on Office365 forum to get further information. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi, 

I have had the same issue yesterday. The problem was the account has been locked. Unlock after it will work, or as Kent-Huang said re-enable the lync account. 

I Don't know why, but the Password reset did not help at all for me.
