Lync Server Install 'Request-CSCertificate' is not recognized

Hi,

When I get to step 3 of the 'Install or Update Lync Server options', the 'Request, Install or Assign Certificates' I get an error which says 'The term 'Request-CSCertificate' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet function, script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the path is correct and try again.'

When I click Ok on this the certificate wizard opens, I click on request and go through the all of the wizard, and I get exactly the same error again. It would seem the CMDlet is no installed correctly.

I am installing the server on a 2008R2 member server. Any ideas of whats wrong?

Thanks

Can you ensure that when you kick off the Lync installation that you are "right click 'Run As Administrator'" on the installer?  I have seen this cause all kinds of problems during installation.

I am running into the same issue. I am running as an administrative user with membership to the RTCUniversalServerAdmins group. I have a feeling the cmdlets didn't get installed with the rest of the Lync Server setup bits.
