Lync Phone Edition coexistance with lync 2010 and 2013

Hi Everyone

I am currently planning a coexistent network between Lync 2010 and 2013 as I need to get 2013 out urgently. My question is around the Lync phone edition and how to get the phone to find the front end to register the phone to depending on which lync pool the user is configured to use. Right now all phones are configured with DHCP and are configured to use the 2010 front end server to get its cert provisioned. I also use the HP 4110 and 4120 phones in the office.

How should I configure DHCP so that I do not cut my user off if they are moved the 2013 pool?

Many Thanks
