Lync Mobile does not use normalization rules

When I call from a Lync client I can make a call to the PSTN through the PBX, but when I try it in Lync Mobile 2013, I type the number, I can even see it being normalized on the screen, but it can't make call.

I don't know if there is a change I have to make so the call can pass, because, as I told you, I see in the screen of the iPhone the number normalized, but the call isn't made.

Thanks for the fast answer, this is my configuration for Mobility Policy:

PS C:\Users\lyncservice> Get-CsMobilityPolicy

Identity              : Global
Description           :
EnableOutsideVoice    : True
EnableMobility        : True
EnableIPAudioVideo    : True
RequireWIFIForIPAudio : False
RequireWIFIForIPVideo : False

I think this way should work, but it doesn't.

When you first sign in Lync mobile client, please check you have entered your mobile phone number for Lync. Make sure you can use your mobile phone to call that PSTN phone number.

Sorry Lisa, please be a bit more specific to the partners.

The mobile number has nothing to do with the normalization and call behavior. It is used for simultaneous ringing.

@Saulw:

If you have setup your phone-number extension correctly, you can dial internal numbers based on the users extension and have the server based normalization, it works fine.

For any other user, as very usual on mobile phones, you need to dial the full number (E.164)

Lync Server can do the normalization based on the normalization rules directly on the server, but will not show the normalization on the client, as you see on the desktop client.
