Hi All,

I am having an issue with a Lync delegate to setup Meeting Option on behalf of her manager.

Environment details:

Lync server 2010 (On premise)

User mailbox: Office365

Lync client 2013

Lync client 2013

Scenario details:

User A has been configured as a Lync delegate for User B

User A can schedule the lync meeting on behalf of User B from User Bs calendar but when  trying  to  choose following, User A is getting the  following error

 

Choosing the My dedicated meeting space works fine. Has anyone come across this issue?

Hi Eric,

Thanks for the reply. One user reported the issue sofar. Not sure about other users. I would like to note the "delegation" has been setup via the Lync client (USER A and USER B)  are both EV enabled. I don't have any access to the customer's o365 environment. I have tried that option you mentioned about the global client policy but that didn't resolve the issue. Will try with other two  users to see if the issue can be reproduced.
