Hi All,

I am having an issue with a Lync delegate to setup Meeting Option on behalf of her manager.

Environment details:

Lync server 2010 (On premise)

User mailbox: Office365

Lync client 2013

Lync client 2013

Scenario details:

User A has been configured as a Lync delegate for User B

User A can schedule the lync meeting on behalf of User B from User Bs calendar but when  trying  to  choose following, User A is getting the  following error

 

Choosing the My dedicated meeting space works fine. Has anyone come across this issue?

How many users does the problem affect ?

You might try the following suggestions:

1. Configure User C as a delegate for User D, and then test whether the issue occurs.

2. Run the following cmdlet to avoid Lync check Outlook account.

Set-CsClientPolicy -Identity Global -DisableEmailComparisonCheck $ture

3. Reconfigure the delegation for users.
