I have deployed Lync 2010 Group chat server and all the services and clients are connected and IM has been sent/recieved successfully but while do file transfer we have encounter this issue as mentioned in screenshot.

Webservice, Lookup and channel services are running smo

Already checked these forums.. this issue pertains to some users however users has file upload rights enabled from parent..

Please check these users have permission to upload files.

checked it.. its given... issue only persist to some users ..not to whole.
