Lync Front End Service Started/Not starting

Hello Folks

In reference to my previous thread

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/lync/en-US/0fabb445-7782-4426-bf34-1355fb2d53af/lync-front-end-server-stuck-in-starting?forum=ocsplanningdeployment

When I deployed the Lync Server, it was NOT starting, after changing the regedit key:

  1. Browse to the following location: HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurityProviders\SCHANNEL
  2. Create a new Dword Sendtrustedissuerlist
  3. Set the value to 0

It didn't work, I started several times then suddenly it worked. It worked through out the day. I was able to sign into Lync clients and test.. Video calls, Chat etc.

I shut down the server, resumed work the next day. It didn't start again. started several times, then after sometime it started. I was able to sign into lync then lync client disconnected. I checked the Lync Front End Service it has stopped.

I tried starting after several times, it worked again. then later stopped working. I have been trying to start it several times it not more starting for more than a day.

I implemented

  1. Run Get-CsPoolFabricState -PoolFqdn to get the node order of the servers and restart them one by one in the order specified.
  2. Run Reset-CsPoolRegistrarState -PoolFQDN -ResetType ServiceReset. This cmdlet will reset the registrar and windows fabric services for the specified pool so that all servers can successfully register with quorum

Restarted the server and tried to start but still the same.

Error: Windows could not start the Lync Server Front-End on Local Computer. For more information, review the System Event Log. If this is a non-Microsoft service, contact the service vendor, and refer to service specific error code - 1008193491.

Any suggestions?
