Lync Desktop and application sharing error

Hi,

I got below error in one lync meeting desktop and application sharing.

From user agent: UCCAPI/15.0.4745.1000
OC/15.0.4745.1000 (Microsoft Lync) 		 
  Diagnostic header: 3097; reason="No MCU is available via
the MCU factory"; source="server1.xyz.com";
OriginalPresenceState="0"; CurrentPresenceState="0"; MeInsideUser="Yes";
ConversationInitiatedBy="0"; SourceNetwork="0"; RemotePartyCanDoIM="No
 

Any Idea...

Hi

Please check the conferencing services have started on your Lync servers. You many need to reboot them in any case as seen this resolve this issue before. Also if this persists, best to update to the latest CU if not already done so

Hi,

Did the issue happen only for one user or for multiple users?

According to the error you provided above, it seems that there is something wrong with the Lync MCU Service. Please double check if the Lync server Conferencing service and Lync server Web Conferencing service are running, if not, make them running, you can reboot  Lync FE servers to have a try.

If the issue persists, check if Lync Server update to the latest version or not, if not, update it and then check the issue again.
