Hi All,

We are having an issue with MS Lync for Mac when making/receiving phone or video calls. As soon as we initiate a call the Lync client crashes.

This is happening on a variety of OSx versions (10.10.5, 10.9.5 etc) and also with a variety of Lynch versions (14.0.11, 14.1.1).

I have removed all references to Lync from my machine (plist, app preferences, keychain etc) but to no avail.

Once Lync restarts we are able2 to make a phone call or two but then it will crash again when making the 2nd or 3rd call since a restart.

If anyone is experiencing this issue and has had any successful fixes we would appreciate the help.
