Hello

I am trying to get the Lync click to call plugin to display the little icon next to phone number with IE10 and IE11 browsers.

The addons are enabled, Lync 2013 client has been installed, but still no luck seeing click to call.   I only see it on IE9.

Also i am trying to get this plugin to be visible in Firefox.

Would you please elaborate your Lync Server environment?

When you install Lync, it will also install two IE add-ons: Lync Browser Helper and Lync add-on, which you can see by clicking on Manage Add-ons from the IE Tools menu. Please check if the two add-on "enabled", if not, enable them and then check the issue again.
