I am running Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit and just downloaded Lync App on my home PC as I work from home a lot. I signed in without any trouble but unless I keep the window maximized it logs me out almost immediately? I have dual screens but don't want to use one or even half a screen (when snapped) exclusively for this! I do not see any settings anywhere for anything to keep me logged in.

I have seen a couple of other posts on the same topic but no resolution, any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Austin,

I tested on my computer (running Win 8.1 Enterprise 64 bit with two monitors), it worked prefect without any problem, the Lync client does not log me out  when it is snapped to a narrow region of the entire screen.

Can you reproduce this issue by using Skype App (Windows store App not the desktop client) ?

Exactly, it works perfect when snapped but logs me out when minimized. But as soon as it is minimized it logs me out. I have the Skype App and have no problems with that.
