Lync 2013 users not getting telephone and mobile numbers in lync contact card

hi,

we recently migrated lync 2010 to 2013, everything working fine now, except address book  , now lync 2010 was decommissioned,  we have Exchange 2010

Problem: telephone and mobile numbers not showing on lync client for users which is only enabled for lync , if we create mailbox for same users , we are getting telephone numbers and mobile numbers as well,

Hi,

You can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Make sure the file share location is correct, you can check this in IIS.

2.  The UseNormalizationRules value should be set to True.

3. Check the Normalization Rule and verify if it is configured properly.

Hope it can be helpful.

Best regards,

Eric
