Lync 2013 hangs and crashes on startup without error

Hi, after reading all i can find about this issue online. I am stuck.

I'm running Windows 8.1, All drivers up to date.

I don't have a bluetooth device, so I cannot disable that.

the rest of Office 365 is working 100%. but lync hangs on start. so i have to close it.

this is the only "error" i can find, and it's from the log book:

According to the error, the execution file may be interrupted.

You can try to reinstall Office 365.
