Lync 2013 freezing
Microsoft Lync 2013 client is freezing a lot, showing not responding after every click. I have reinstalled Lync client. I check my ID on diffrent system its workng fine.

Hi daljeetrehan,
You can recreate the Windows profile for the user.
1. Sign out and log on with another administrative account.
2. Rename the users profile.
3. Delete or rename the registry key matching the users SID from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList. Check the value ProfileImagePath to make sure you pick the correct profile.
4. Restart and log in with the users account.
5. Copy the files from the old folder, if necessary.
