Lync 2013 freezes when joining a meeting using Full Lync Experience for audio

This issue appears to be local to this pc, as it happens to the end user and also to myself logged onto the same pc, but it does not happen to us on other machines.  Un/reinstall of Office 365 had no effect.  Un/reinstall of CUCIL had no effect.  All video and audio drivers are up to date.  We have not yet pushed out Skype for Business 2015 to the company.  Audio and video in a regular Lync conversation work.  The issue appears when she joins a Lync meeting via a link in an email or her Outlook client's calendar event.  The link kicks off the local Lync client and attempts to join the meeting, and if she chooses anything BUT "Lync Full Experience" it works.  Windows 7, 64 bit machine.

Please check if the issue happen when create a Lync "Meet Now"?

Try to reset IE and then test the issue again.

Please try to copy the Lync meeting URL from the Lync invite interface and enter to the browser manually to check if the issue happen or not.

Please uninstall the Audio and Video driver as well.

It does not happen with Meet Now, only happens with the link to Lync meeting in an Outlook event.  IE was already reset during troubleshooting with no effect, failed to mention that.  This issue is with the Local Lync Client, not the web based app.  Audio and Video drivers have already been addressed as well.

Just started happening to me to..today. Lync 2013. Win 8.1 uninstall, reinstall, even the Lync web client locks up on me.
