Hi I installed Lync as part of Microsoft Office (HUP).   on Win 7 OS 

When i start Lync 2013 i get the following error.  Need help

I think you install any new application on your computer before Microsoft Office.

Kindly do the below to get resolve issue.

1. Uninstall the software you have installed.
2. Enable automatic updating on the computer to make sure that Lync and Office are always up to date. Or, go to the Microsoft Update website regularly to install the latest updates.
3. Sign in Lync again to see if there is any improvement.

The vdpsrc.dll is part of Intel PROSet\Wireless Bluetooth. Have you Intel bluetooth utility on the computer?
