Hi I have Lync2013 and UC 500 configured to work side by side. I configured for Lync user extension 11. On a UC the same user has extension 1. Now in the user settings (on Lync server) in Lync Control panel, only extension 11 is configured. 

Can you tell me how this happened and what do I need to configure in order for UC voicemail to receive the call intended for Lync user? Also can you give me some pointers where to look on how to configure UC phone and Lync phone to ring together where either 1 or 11 is called (if possible)
