Lync 2013 and Exchange 2010 OWA IM's are not working

we have Lync 2013 two Pools Pool A  and Pool B

From Pool A it works and but not working from Pool B and getting below error message.

This message couldnt be delivered to all recipients because some recipients
are offline or dont want to be disturbed.

(I could see presence)

Please check the listening port you set for trusted application on Lync server in Pool B is opened and the traffic is not blocked.
