Lync 2013 always appears offline

Hi,

I am facing one problem with the lync 2013 client. After I logging in, my status always appears to be offline and 

it is seen to be offline by my contacts. The status can not be changed even after I change the status manually. 

And I can receive text messages but not calls.

Can anyone help me? Thank you!

I'd confirm that your date, time and timezone is correct on the Client Machine, Server and Database. Also if you trust all the certificates issued to the Lync infrastructure and they haven't expired.

Hi,

Did you solve the issue of with the help of Michael provided?

Please try to login on another well-worked computer with your Lync account to test the issue.

Please also exist Lync client, delete user profile with the following path:

%UserProfile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\Lync

verify that you didn't enable always Appear offline on client from server and from registry on client

Get-CSClientPolicy | Set-CSClientPolicy -EnableAppearOffline $false
