Meeting can't be updated on Lync 2013 Mobile clients, all the time it shows updating, as well as voice mail. please help to explain why?

Hi - Please have a look at the mobile device logs. It could be Exchange EWS rule not getting populated, reverse proxy rules etc.

our exchange server is Exchange 2010 sp1, Where i may check EWS rule on Exchange 2010? we not use reverse proxy rule.

Please check if you can access meeting content and voice mail with desktop client signing in externally.

After you sign in, press ctrl and right click Lync icon on systray, click configuration information, check the EWS status.

I checked EWS check when lync in Internal, it can show EWS internal and External URL as below capture.

 

I also check EWS status when Lync in External, show as below.

as shown by the second screenshot - when external, Lync is not getting the EWS information. By the way, are you publishing OWA externally ?

Sorry, when External, some Lync clients are not getting the EWS information. If Lync clients is normal in External, EWS URL show the same line with the first screeshot.

 And we published OWA externally.

Hi, I'm sorry but the first screenshot shows that Lync is internal as stated by 'Inside User status = true'. or were that workstation using VPN ?
