Hi,

Did the issue happen for all mobile scenarios (Internal Peer Call, Internal to External Peer Call, external to external peer call, external to internal peer call)?

Base on my understanding, it should be the issue related to the firewall and ports issue. So please double check the firewall configuration.

For Internal peer call scenarios, When attempting to establish media between the internal mobile client and another internal Lync client the media will still flow directly between them if allowed by the network. If the internal Lync clients are unable to negotiate media directly (such as the internal firewall is filtering the majority of high ports), then the clients will rely on the Edge Server to tunnel the media for them. Then mobile client will connect to and send its media session to the external Edge interface.

For A/V between internal and external mobile clients, the media will need to through Edge Server.
