Lync 2013 5.6.3.1 9 (Android) won't connect to server - had to roll back

Sorry, couldn't see a forum for Android/Lync 2013!

Since this upgrade, I and some colleagues have been unable to log into our Company's server and have had to roll back to earlier versions.  What changed and will it be fixed in future revisions?

Hi 

To What version you upgraded recently ?

Any errors that the end users get while trying to logging through  the android client in their device ?

Are you getting any hits in your reverse proxy  when this was upgraded ?

Did your auto-discover was working fine when the issue occurred ?


Hi,

The version is in the title.

The message is a yellow banner saying that it can't connect.  There is no other specific error message.

I am not seeing any notification regarding proxy.

Auto discover is "on" with the new an old version.  It worked OK when roled mack to 5.5xx

Hi PDES,

 

Do you mean that you can sign in by using the earlier versions but not the latest version ?

Have you tried reinstalling the App ?

Where and how you use the App? (From Lan network of your company or from Internet or using Cellular network ?)
